on a monthly basis. Why do we suggest a Monthly Control
program over a Bi-monthly or Quarterly service? By servicing
your structure each month, you are being given twice the
service for about the same price as a bi-monthly service
would cost. Our overhead is a little more to make a visit
each month but the bottom line is that it keeps you smiling.
The service is not just a monthly spray but it is an insurance
policy that gives you peace of mind. Anytime you have
a problem, inside or out, give us a call and we will be
there at no extra cost to you. The Monthly Control begins
with a Clean Out. The Clean Out begins with an exterior
application along with a sub area treatment and an inside
application as needed. Each month thereafter, our Monthly
Control consists of a foundation spray to help control
the ants, earwigs and other crawling insects that come
in contact with the treated area. In addition, the spraying
of the eaves helps keep the unwanted spiders and wasps
out of your hair. Cobwebs are knocked down to help keep
the exterior looking maintained. Inside service is available
upon request. We do not try to make any unrealistic claims
that your property will be "pest free." Instead we focus
on protecting your structure and the immediate perimeter.

everyone wants a Monthly Control program. That is why
we also offer a one time pest control service. Our One
Shot spray carries a 45-day hassle free guarantee. The
service includes a sub area treatment, along with a power
spray application of the foundation, perimeter, eaves,
exterior walls and decks. An interior treatment is also
included at no additional charge. When the One Shot guarantee
expires, you have the option to start the Monthly Control
program without a Clean Out charge. You can start the
service at the Monthly Control price and continue to protect
your home. |
